Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be made in writing and received by VSAE before October 12, 2009.The incoming mail stamp is decisive for the date of receipt. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after October 12, 2009. In this case the proceedings in printing will be sent on request. Prior to this date an administration fee of $50 will be charged.
 
Insurance & Liability
The congress organizers do not take any responsibility for damages or losses. Delegates are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in terms of medical and personal insurance.
